Agreed, very silky. Excellent close control, set up multiple counters and a couple of chances on a plate for others. Some people just want to be miserable and complain no matter what. Wirtz is gonna be a lightning rod for that seeing as he cost as much as he did.
Heaven forfend that anyone should have to deal with this place if Isak doesn’t score in the next week or two. Some of the curmudgeons on here would be beyond insufferable.

Apart from conceding 2 goals, I thought we were head and shoulders above them and far more positives than negatives.
We created lots of good chances and just needed better quality with the final pass or finish, the understanding looked far better and at times some scintillating passages of play without the end product.
When we put all aspects together we are going to batter someone.
BTW Isak looked class.
Although, all we can send on as subs are an Argentine International, Hungarian International, Irish International, French International and a 17 year old Under 19 international

I swear 95% of strikers would have missed that same chance. It bounced in a horrible way at an unreal pace. Salah was to blame.

Salah much better, Gravenburch excellent so was Szoboszlai, Wirtz is coming and Isak will be a great baller for us. Nice win.

Getting a habit with these late winners but who cares as long as we come out on top. So much to work on before we see this squad develop into the awesome team we all expect but there were moments when we saw the beginnings. Bring on the Toffees
