Is this adding to a record that he already holds or am I thinking of something else?

FT: Liverpool 4-2 Bournemouth

Stephen Warnock
Former Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 Live at Anfield

It was a superb game and Bournemouth more than played their part, They put Liverpool on the ropes for large parts of this game and showed their vulnerabilities. They are susceptible on the counter attack.

When Federico Chiesa got that goal the Anfield crowd lifted the team, they had to, then Mohamed Salah wrapped it up.

Not the most impressive performance tonight from Liverpool, good in patches, but they will have to be better to retain their title.

That really is cheating a living isn’t it. Like that’s a comment you leave on a forum. He got paid for that analysis.

I missed goals 2,3 and 4 (till 2-2), at that stage of the game (pre goal 2) all the mids had bad passes, Mac and Dom with these types of passes in dangerous area’s while Wirtz was in ultra attacking positions. I need to watch the highlights of the portion I missed.

I agree for the first time I questioned Slots sanity putting Endo at left back as soon as we lost the ball they had the freedom of the left wingers from Bournemouth.
The think that puzzles me is what has Chiesa done to Slot we have a top class striker lingering on the bench and the guy never complained. As soon as he threw him in I knew we would win the game and he would score but I felt sad for Salah who since Diogo death has been under the cosh but another tragedy hit him hard was the killing of his Palestinian footballer friend who was killed in Gaza.

We need to sort out our defence and subs as the season progesses. The new and old players need to gel quickly.

I think the Premier League will be like last season lots of top half clubs taking points off each other and playing a good style of footy whilst doing it.

Gomez has had 2 training sessions after an achilies injury. It is clear he was on the bench only as a break glass in emergency option and so with Frimpong needing to come off (reported his hamstring was tightening) it was too early to bring him on. That we turned to him was a mark of how much it wasnt working, but that doesnt mean it would have been right to bring him on so early.

Just when you think you can’t love the man any more than you already do.

Since Rafa left him out the 2005 Champions league squad after telling him he was in hes become very bitter with comments on the club.

I suppose in that case you need to tighten up a bit. I think the tactics were a bit attacking at 2-0.

I was hoping any centre back signing could play right back too for situations like this because you can’t really on Bradley at the moment been fit.
