Pressure is hugely on for Hughes and Slot. A lot of work to do in the Summer and Slot will be on the chopping block from the off next season. He’s scraped another year by the skin of his teeth but the fans will absolutely not let this shit football stand if it carries on for the first few games of 26/27.
That’s enough of that. Huge summer of decisions ahead but the apathy has set in across fans, players and even the Liverpool media.
Hard to think next season starts any different but at least there’s a world cup to distract us.
Thank fuck for Champions League at the end of a shit season. Even that looked beyond us for a while, and is really more of a function of everyone else around us being impotent.
