3-0 well done you red men. Szobo has dynamite in his boots. Jones did well. Kerkez has settled in very nicely and had a great game. He can still improve further, and he will, but even now there are very few full backs who are better in a 1 v 1.

When it looked like Slot’s goose was cooked, some were speculating when the axe might fall. With a nice gap until our next league game, there was a slight suspicion that it might even be now.

But no one would say that now. We dug deep against a tough Sunderland side at their place. Then we just won well today in the FA Cup.

It’s impossible to say if we will finish in the CL places, or win a trophy; but what I do know is that we are in the fight, the players have not downed tools, and we keep pressing on.
