Klopp obv saw it coming which is why he sanctioned the big money for Jota. It was working. Such a shame he got injured when he did
It’s a pity he didn’t see the CB situation coming.
I don’t think anyone saw this coming.
We have been here many times and its really useless. A blind man can see what is happening, how bias, and I am now leaning towards corruption have stolen points from us.
But when you present facts you get questioned on other factors, like how poor the team is…
Lets get this straight,
1:Referees/VAR have fucked us over.
2: Injuries have destroyed our season, utterly.
3: Our form has been shit, rotten.
No one denying 2 & 3
But both are affected by item 1.
Thiago’s injury vs Everton is a consequence of poor earlier decisions.
The season is written off, and will be remembered for the capitularion of champions.
Even by some of our own supporters who are really fucking naive if the cannot see the agenda at this stage.
After yesterday’s penalty decision there really is no wriggle room for arguing about equity or fairness.
Cue…“we were losing anyway” " we were shit" " Thiago slows us down" “play Origi” etc etc etc
Also tell us the lottery numbers. Ha ha.
What seems to have been overlooked here and not mentioned enough, if at all, DCL, the same DCL that conned a penalty out of Lovren a couple of seasons back… realised that once Alisson had made the save/parry, there was no way on earth he could have reached the ball again, never mind slot it home from the acute angle… THAT is why TAA got a knee to the back of his head before DCL launched himself forward over and on top of him.
DCL says he has been watching and learning from other players to improve his all-round game… There can be no mistake here, he obviously means Harry ‘Drooler’ Kane…!
The referees + VAR officials are just gobshites who have never played the game so have no clue when they are blatantly being ‘conned’!
what happens when you take 13 players , hammer them day in day out ,win CL, win win the league then go again well the answer is what is happening now . injury after injury after injury . apart from VVD and thiago all these injuries were almost unprovoked .
the huge number of games
the lack of competition up front especially after jotas injury and the huge mistake of not investing in two CB (one world class and and back up) example man city (diaz and ake)
during the Chelsea yes we won but if anyone remembers the game they were behind us at least twice now fabinho did well bur really this shouldnt be happening and actually they had penalty with 10 men. mid week we easily could have lost the game if RB were clinical and scored there chances .
NOW we are where we are we have weakened midfield ( our best two shields are not playing in the midfield)
we have weak defence ( kabak with all due respect to klopp i cant understand why he is playing ahead of davies)
so you adapt , you change you tweak the system , provide more protection play bit more counter than front foot, set traps rather than being caught in traps
i love klopp but he needs to change adapt or we will hardly win any game the rest of this season
For me he should still be playing the 6 role with Hendo and another in front, but to do it he has to stop over committing when challenging.
Kabak playing ahead of Davies maybe because the bundesliga is ranked higher than the championship.
Or maybe he has already had a taste of playing against Lewandowski…
Trent was in his position 1st and DCL created the contact
I wonder if Davies was playing instead would we have posters asking why Kabak wasn’t playing.
Show me where I’ve said that and you win a curly wurly.
Still trying to fathom out WHY (on the lead up to that non-penalty award yesterday) TAA ran back in a parallel line with DCL as though there were sprint track lines marked on the pitch… Surely TAA should have attempted to run at an angle into DCL to get ahead of him or at least get his shoulder into him… Like I said, still trying to work it out.
So much wrong with what happened in that decision even having to be made
Agreed. I think out of all the corrupt decisions that have gone against us the last few seasons that yesterday is the one that nails it, compounded by his cursory glance at the monitor. It’s pretty obvious by his body language he was going to give a penalty whether he thought it was or not.
Went to work at 8pm and the agitation kept me going through my 12hr nightshift but my pretend friendliness towards colleagues went out the fucking window, it’s a love or hate sport isn’t it.
Just seen Neville’s gormless face plastered over the headlines again this morning… Never bother reading a word he says but sometimes the headlines sort of catch me unawares and things get stuck in my vision… Anyway, can anyone hazard a guess as to when this no-mark trade description act bluff merchant… will actually ‘grow the fuck up’.? He is just so infantile and unprofessional in his role as a pundit and supposed ambassador for Sky Sports
Hard to predict what a fucking bellend like Pickford would do, easier to predict he’d get away with what he did.
I know you can’t cope with anyone disagreeing with you, but could you maybe stop calling your fellow supporters fucking naive and just explain your argument.
You keep stating ‘corruption’, ‘agenda’, ‘bias’ like these are facts. How does institutionalised corruption against LFC work? So many people would have to be in on it. Every single ref, the authorities, other clubs…all in on it??
I have to be honest going into the season with VVD, Gomez and Matip as our recognised CB was a huge mistake.
Matip injury record is dire and Gomez also has had some big injuries for a younger player.
VVD you can’t predict but a club like us should have looked at the situation with Matip and to a lesser extent Gomez and planned for them spending some time out. People may say we had Fabinho but he too has had a few injuries with us.
Fact of the matter is we should have brought in a Lovren replacement and didn’t and now we are paying the price by playing our best midfielders in defence which significantly weakens the midfield.
Mo has done well to score the goals he has this year but I still wouldn’t say he is playing that great. Mane form has dipped and Bobby Firmino is MIA
