Post match: Liverpool v Leeds Utd (EPL 29/10/22 7.45pm)

Klopp is the main reason we won title after 3 decades and the champions league along with the other trophies. When he’s gone we will get a reality check and with these penny pinching owners we will not be playing CL football.

Something we know nothing about is happening or has happend within the team…we probably never will, but it is totally ripping us apart.

Possibly but really not sure. Perhaps our own valuation was too high. Maybe it was wages. The club did extend his contract however.

The club is too slow in getting rid of certain players. Oxlade-Chamberlain still here after doing nothing for 2 or 3 seasons. Injury prone before he was signed and since too which just adds to it.

It’s not, did you miss the Hodgson era.

It’s bad but not that bad.

Leeds ran 11km more than us today, that’s not a half yard mate, that’s an entire field slower. Literally a players more worth of runing.

So much right things mentioned here on imo.
For me, one reason is the injuries we‘ve had.
A team, who has won against city can‘t forget how to play football.
What I missed most tonight is the mental freshness.

You do understand you can’t just sell players even if you want to give them away for free they have a little thing called a contract.

Sorry, but I think you’re wrong.

Gomez had absolute nightmare against Napoli, aside from that, he’s done OK, and put in a few really good performances. I remember earlier in the season, he was there or thereabouts MOTM in quite a few games.

And we should remember he is coming back off what has been essentially nearly two years of rehab, after getting a horror injury.

I don’t expect him to keep his place when Konate is ready, but the criticism of him is well out of proportion.

Whether by luck or by virtue, Hodge never had two relegation teams back-to-back, and lost. And we look every bit as shit as anything under Hodge

And he has made them look good owners up to now but we got nothing to sell so fuck all to spend.

And there has to be a willing buyer. People forget that.

A sense of entitlement.

Running stats dont take into account possession stats which makes them pointless.

Thiago is quality, I agree. I just think that the midfield under Klopp spends so much energy that you need five/six midfielders to cover the midfield three. Going forward I see both Thiago and Hendo playing their parts. I just don’t see them Playing week in, week out.

Fabinho, I honestly don’t know. I have my doubts about him going forward, though. I’d be tempted to sell him
In the summer, if we receive a proper offer, and have a suitable alternative lined up.

Remind me who spend all summer bollocking anyone who asked about signing a midfielder, before admitting he was wrong with a couple of days left in the window?

Gomez is so inconsistent excellent to crap in 2 games. Crap today. Like Fabinho and Elliott.

The squad carries 8 midfielders. Look for the quote from Klopp before season starts saying what type of midfielder do we need.

Just because he calls for the pass doesn’t mean it was a good pass. I think Ali struggles to get to it regardless and even after hearing Ali say it
was his fault ( he wouldn’t say yeah Gonez fucked it up). We will never know for sure.

Yeah I wish the owners would take more risk. It’s Liverpool fans v FSG fans. Some fans can’t even admit when their favourite players play crap. Lol.

Apparently jurgen and his missus have decided they’re going to leave liverpool and return home tomorrow

The Klopps go back this weekend…
