We’ve played better than we’ve had in quite some time, but that’s less of a compliment and more of a reflection of our piss poor standard of play this past season.

On Vitinha, he is their best player, very hard to get close to, can dribble and pass to equal extent and is also tenanscious defensively

We were much better in the 2nd half. I still think the pen chalk off was a shocker but whatever, we’re a gulf away from PSG.

Salah’s misplaced passes killed so many attacks tonight. We just looked a step too slow all game. PSG a much better side.

Just as a warning, if anyone wants to jump in to accuse me of blaming the referee for getting beat 4-0 over two legs, maybe wait until I have actually blamed the referee, rather than just made a remark about the referee as an aside.
This fucking place sometimes. Honestly.
Anyway, thought we did OK on the night, until we had to push harder for the goal, leave gaps, and PSG picked us off. Never mind. Let’s go and get the champions league place in the league and finish the season in good form.
