Five more wins to go. YNWA
Never in doubt.
Pity that we had our usual dismal first half, but class prevailed in the end. Pity that Ryan and Trent played most of the game, as it would have been nice for them to get more meaningful rest before the PSG fixture.
Is it wrong to hope for a manc draw or win tomorrow…
A draw would be best with both dropping points.
A United win does absolutely nothing for them. They’re not getting relegated or in European places, so I’ll allow it.
Nice to see Nunez keep his head and make the difference after losing it in the first half.
Nunez was probably the best of the forwards in the first half as well.
Fun time now, grab the pop corn and watch Arsenal trying to win their games in hand until we play again in April, enjoying the gap staying wide as they fail (or snooze, or get bored and see what else there is to do).
Massive comeback, 2nd gear vs Southampton deciding to turn up for once this season saw us under pressure, but Slot with great and bold subs changing the game, Macca was great btw. Delighted for Nunez, won us the game with a goal and penalty won, and delighted for Salah for getting two more and heading for more records.
Diaz and Nunez transformed in the second half, and Endo with the obligatory shutdown cameo.
Yo, how did we make six subs. Are we getting points deducted?
Nope. The match officials allowed those subs in.
They made a concussion sub so we were allowed one more as well.
A lot better 2nd half. Slot gets it perfect again with the subs.
Just 2 days rest and we go again!
