Not until the gravitationally challenged she/her begins to croon.

I think I hear her now… never mind, it’s just Arse fans crying about injuries.

No need for a pity party. Champions elect

I dont agree the first half was as dismal as people make out we had 11 shots on 64% possession.

And there’s also the small matter of a 14 goals difference to catch up to.

Massive win (they all are), but especially one where you’ve come back from behind after a torrid half.

My 3 picks for MOTM go to the front 3…which for all the world looked impossible at HT.

Great to see all the subs again (possibly Jota aside) come on and do well.

Oh & I love Endo.

No clean sheet. Alisson out.

I agree, it wasn’t bad people just allow goals to change their entire perception. We were dominating the game.

Its basically the opposite of our game vs PSG.

To be fair if they were to catch us that GD gap would disappear naturally. We have to have a full on collapse at this point.

BBC sport is a good read after the show. All of them wanking themselves silly over Soton. Yea they played well, they upped their game.

They were also tanked out when they needed to get an equaliser.

We did our usual one bad half and one good half considering the situation the result and the position. By winning we’ve go into the last 9 with a double digit lead.

Draw or a loss today and it gives them the emphasis back a bit. Not that they still have to be remarkable and hope.

I’m glad we did what we did in the second the first felt lazy anyhow it can be put to one side now as a double digit lead into April.

We were poor down our left yet kept on insisting. A bit frustrating when you also gift a goal to the opposition fart asking about.

Always the way. Without looking I’ll guess they used the word “plucky”.

Aside from their goal, which was a cock-up from the defence (and probably should have been a foul anyway), they did absolutely nothing of note in the game.

We’ve seen this type of game dozens of times down the years. Bad team grabs a goal from nowhere but Liverpool just come back and beat them without really stressing about it.

Yeah oddly enough the only sane comments seem from Chris Sutton which is saying something.

The sub themselves at the time seemed strange and I’m not totally convinced they were all performance related, perhaps for Szobo who never really got into it but Kostas and Jones both did well.

I think we just needed to up the intensity and cut out all the passive passing at the back - once we do that we become unplayable but there’s been a notable theme with how our first halves play out with us persisting on keep ball and wearing the opposition down, anyhow it all worked out well.

This is Slot tactics. We keep winning because we do this. If we would play more intense, we would get knackered.

It is a bit frustrating at times, because it feels going all in would make us spank the opposition, but that’s not happening and it’s hard to argue against the current approach when you look at the results.

He’s going to win the league in his first season without adding to the squad (Chiesa doesn’t count). That will probably be an achievement that is never equalled. I’m just hoping that it’s no flash in the pan and that he’s about to set us on our next period of domination. The signs are good.
