Maybe this week has one more suprise….

If we end this season with the FA cup, UCL trophy and the carabao cup, I guess that is quite decent for us.

We can only look back at the points we dropped like the ones today and wonder if we could do anything different. Even a Mbappe against this spurs backline today would be fucking useless.

Yup. Romero with two yellow style challenges in the first half. The one on Henderson would’ve been a red had he done it to Son, who would’ve rolled back onto the pitch and held the game up for 5 mins, for VAR to call a review.

That would be a fucking incredible season! It’s impossible to win every game. The level that City and ourselves have pushed eachother to is insane

Quite decent?

Sorry but that’s a bit of an understatement for that type of treble.

That’s why I cant stand Son…all nicey nicey to the cameras…he’s a cheat…ask him why does he fall down all the time and feign injury…see how nice he is then…

It is 5.12am now in Singapore. I am disappointed as fuck and I hope Spurs goes all the fucking way to the Europa League Final next season only to lose it to a jammy goal.

Oh, did I add that I hope they lose Harry Kane to Man United at the start of next season ?

And a 2nd place finish to a team with a billion pound squad, is an incredible season.

Wasn’t it Son who also kicked out at Mane off the ball?

Indeed, that would be tremendous. The owners of Cheaty would give their left arm to win the CL.

You’re right…It is just so sad that the title is slipping away for us…

I still don’t understand why yellows are rarely issued when advantage is played. Trent held for a very long time by Sessegnon, but Trent made a pass back and the game continues. No yellow issued. Kostas does the same minutes later and gets a yellow as the game has stopped. Then to compound things, Sessegnon is the one that rugby tackled Salah’s dangerous run on the wing, a tackle he wouldn’t have made if the ref had made the correct decision earlier.

I suppose this is a dress rehearsal for the FA Cup final. Right down to the shape of them defending with five at the back, to the time wasting, holding, fouls in the opening 30 mins (safe in the knowledge ref won’t spoil the game), and looking for that one sucker punch.

It’s sad that we have to be nigh-on perfect to beat these fucking cheats.

I think the best one was an advantage on a ball that had clearly gone out, one of those I was praying wouldn’t go in without some time Passing. Would VAR have said Oliver was wrong in that, because in the rules of the game his linesman and he was unless they actually believed it wasn’t out.

It doesn’t helps that FFP is useless against such a club…

You might be onto something here , we had a troll on another forum with the same name who got banned.

$hitty to win their next games, but a Pep melt down against Villa when leading one nil in injury time allowing Villa to score. Twice.

I’ve got a strange feeling this isn’t over yet :+1:

Diaz as MotM. I still don’t think we have seen the best of him but he’s something special.

This is one of those games where goals are going to be hard to come by. The way to win them is not to concede which, unfortunately, we did.

Not blaming anyone for not winning, it’s one of those things. At the moment we are top of the league but not in our control. It’s not ideal but that’s where we are. Overall I thought we had a good performance.

All we can do is try to win our remaining games and see how we end up.
