Italian defensive masterclass by the Spurs,

who have beaten Man City home and away

I do.

We still got this butā€¦

And if we donā€™tā€¦I am sure the three cups will be able to catch all of our tears.

City could be mentally scarred from midweek for all we know and Newcastle may well end up turning them over 5-0.

The whole Newcastle side could be on peds for all we know and could turn into City and make City look like Newcastle.

For all we know the whole City squad could contract Covid and the PL could well hand the win to Newcastle.

For all we know some of the City players could be putting in millions on Liverpool to win the title and it could just come down to match fixing.

For all we know the Liverpool team bus could be travelling to Cityā€™s team hotel now to assassinate the City squad and tip off the government to make it look like an accident.

This reminds me of my son telling me about the dinosaurs that chased him at pre-school that day.

Iā€™ll take a Shelvey 25 yarderā€¦if itā€™s the only goal tomorrow.

I canā€™t be critical of tonightā€™s performance except to say that it was crying out for Origi at the end. If youā€™re going to put endless balls in the box then at least have someone with some physical presence in there.

Weā€™ve been amazing since January. Really good again tonight but we are running out of juice. I guess this is why the quadruple has never been done. Not over yet but I hope a few of these lads get a rest against Villa. Trentā€™s been gassed for weeks and we need to freshen things up before the cup final.

Our players donā€™t seem to roll around on the floorā€¦looking for the refā€¦and feigning injuryā€¦we seem to get fouled, get up and rub the affected areaā€¦and playā€¦Anywayā€¦heā€™s just another cheating f*****r I donā€™t likeā€¦

He does score one or two wonder strikes each season but fuck all else.

Disappointing but it isnā€™t over yet.
Time enough for Citeh to trip up,but we donā€™t need to.
Diaz MOTM again,heā€™s making a habit of that.
Love it!

We played well tonight, high intensity from the start, but we didnā€™t create enough clear goal scoring chances. Credit to Spurs, they defended extremely well and always looked a threat on the break. Thiago and Diaz were outstanding again, but Origi shouldā€™ve been on for the last 15 minutes.
I couldnā€™t understand the introduction of Keita after 87 minutes, exactly what is he expected to do with just a few minutes left?

its a close race that one, but i put my money on fabs to win it. Rhys pumps his legs so hard and its still like he is running in mud

I forgot to add, I think Michael Oliver is the best referee in the Premier League, but he had a poor game tonight. He got quite a few decisions wrong, Romero and that cunt Hojbjerg got away with murder, then gives Kostas a yellow card for his first foul.

But nowts ever doneā€¦no one says anythingā€¦and Oliver just bumbles thruā€¦being the best in britainā€¦it really makes me fumeā€¦

Shame no one checked what he was wearing under his refs shirt tonight, I bet it was a spurs t-shirtā€¦

Spurs played well. They also have some steel in the team now, and athletes at the back. Fouling bastards, but they did what they had to do.

On our side we were well worth the draw, and I think Iā€™d like to see Diaz shoot a bit more. When he cuts inside onto his right, like for the goal today, he looks very dangerous. He is still deferring to Mo a bit too much for my liking, and Mo isnā€™t passing to him enough either, as a few times today Mo cut inside to shoot, when Diaz was square and open for the shot.

The one slight concern was we looked a bit tired today, against a well drilled Spurs team.

Itā€™s not over, but we need to snap out of that asap and win the remaining league games and see what happens. We got a point and we go top. Letā€™s see what Man City do now.
