City did what they had to do as well.
Chelsea, United bottled it.
Itās down to two of us. Ideally we take 3 points off City at their place but itās just another match.
On the grand scheme of things thereās an FA Cup, a Champions League Cup, and a Premier League Cup to win.
All things being equal
ā¦i fancy our chances.

Saw the replay of the match , 3 points is 3 points.
Bring on Benfica and hopefully the rustyness wears off.
Anfield crowd was shocking. Maybe they are so used to liverpool winning that they arent bothered cheering the team especially against smaller teams. We should be beating watford 5-0 and watford played better than us for large sections of the game.

The crowd is like this every game bar 3-4 premier league games and European heavyweights. Plus 12.30 kick offā¦.
The only thing I would say though is that TV doesnāt do the true atmosphere any justice. It definitely gets diluted if youāre watching on tv compared to being there

Ali pulled off a world class save just before we scored, there was a free header at the front post before that from a corner and matey put his one on one v Alisson at the Anfield Road end just past the post when he should have scored.
Thatās 3 without even thinking too hard about it.
They impressed me and they definitely caused us some problems.
Offside ball in behind Gomez i think, if they could have scored 3 or 4 which is all the chances they created we could have scored 20 because thats how many chances we created

He agree with you. We deserved our win but better teams than Watford have come to Anfield this season and not been as good.
