According to Slot, has his “game plan” ever been the issue?
nope… i dont think he even knows what the issues are at this point to be fair. the man looks lost and is lost
Everybody Has A Plan Until They Get Punched In The Face. (Mike Tyson)
A clean sheet after the 4th goal. The data guys need to start keeping track of this.
That’s a more succinct way of rephrasing my point in the SD thread. We had a plan to evolve the team to improve it from 95 to 97 and reality punched us in the dick

36mins on the clock here and we’ve largely done ok up to this point…now look at this picture. In the lead up to their pen, we have fullbacks on the wrong side playing in a…back 6? Jones and Grav positioning is just ![]()
Back on January 4, I argued from a change-management perspective that Liverpool FC and Fenway Sports Group needed to seriously consider whether the transition under Arne Slot was working and to cut their losses and move on.
Three months later, the warning signs haven’t improved, they’ve become clearer and the team performance even worse, Since starting the season with five consecutive wins, Liverpool have won just 9 of their last 26 Premier League matches - a win rate of 34.6%.
a win rate of 34.6%.

One of those moments, when there is nowt to say, everyone knows the deal, the inverse feeling of a CL or PL win. Its chronic FSG expect us to watch this.
Liverpool record most defeats in a season since 2015
Liverpool’s defeat against Manchester City in the FA Cup was their 15th of the season - the most in a season since 2014/2015.
Under Brendan Rodgers, Liverpool lost 18 games as they finished sixth in the Premier League that campaign, crashed out in the Champions League group stage and lost in the semi-finals of both domestic cups.
Asked about whether the losses will change his message to the players, Slot said: "I think throughout the season, it doesn’t matter if you win or lose, you constantly adjust to what you think is necessary to win the next game.
“If you won three, you’re also wondering by yourself, what should I do next to make sure you’re ready for the next one? This is also what the current situation is.
“The reaction is not always the same after the 15 losses we’ve had. You try to react in a way or do the things that I think we as a staff think is necessary to either challenge them or get them back on track again for Wednesday.”…
someone please explain what the fuck that means
It means he has no answer to it.

For all the deserved plaudits for Dom this season, he has a remarkable talent for being in the wrong position defensively time after time.
Then again, I have been thinking of late, where would we be without his free kick goals?
Meanwhile, Gravenberch has a remarkable talent of going completely missing.
I’ve managed to avoid the scoreline so without telling me the score, and using only GIFs, how much will enjoy watching this game when I finally get to the hotel tonight?
someone please explain what the fuck that means
I think he is just saying that his focus is on process (identifying and setting up in the best way to beat the opponent) and not simply making changes just because of results?

Guy had a month of playing well at right back and Slot has been obsessed with shoehorning him there whenever he doesn’t have Bradley.
