Where is the Brighton thread?
First half last night was like watching us last season. Loads of possession but no threat and getting caught easily and cheaply on the counter. We were miles better second half. A lot more solid defensively but I thought the Bradley substitution changed the game. We carried more threat down the right after he came on with Neco pushed further forward. I was surprised both Ox and Jones played 90. At least one of them will need to start on Saturday. Drab game but the right result. Think that’s 23 games unbeaten now in all competitions.
I too am keen on the thread. With both Ox and Curtis playing 90 mins last night, its looking possible that our midfield three will be Fab, Keita,Henderson
He is injured, right!!!
It was just bruising and this guy is made of steel so…
Feel free to start one. And I’d say the same to anyone who wants to open one for any future match.
I’m honestly left baffled by this weird cult around the opening of match threads in these parts, who gives a shit?
All the attention seekers on here who care too much what people think of them.
Like if you agree

Became a running gag from our title winning season along with @PeachesEnRegalia smash them and @Lowton_Red 's somewhat dubious sacrificial tendencies. For my part, I’m quite bemused at how testy it all became in that thread about who opens what. More evidence that we lot can argue about the colour of the sky on a clear day
My 3 picks for the match, in no particular order:
Adrian
Neco Williams
Tyler Morton
Strange that when I looked at the match clock a minute or 2 before Big Div scored, I said out loud (well, more like mumbling to myself)… “About time now Origi.”
Nice goals by both Taki and Big Div.
I saw two references in the matchday thread
one was Jones Maradona
other was “a run by Ox”
anyone have any clips of this, or roughly when in the match they occured? I haven’t been able to re-watch the full match yet.
According to Stephen Fry on QI the sky has no colour and it’s reflected light or some such other thing which makes it seem blue.
Well, nothing in this world has colour. Just properties that allow it to reflect or absorb different wavelengths of light which our eyes see.
For another thread.
Was working (and wanted to enjoy the match in full) so watched most of it after I got home without knowing the score. Happy for Taki to get another goal but I do feel for him not getting much time — that said given the form of the trident plus Diogo you can’t justify him starting over them. Regardless, he seems to have taken most of the chances (appearances) he’s been given over the last year. Likewise, Divock isn’t going to be starting over any of the aforementioned players, but is capable of brilliance from time to time, and that was a superb improvised finish. All in all, a good night’s work.
Curtis’s one would have been where he beat 4 or 5 opponents from LB/LW with some pretty incredible skill. It looked like he was trapped then found his way out like it was nothing. Second half, but that’s as best I could narrow it down.
According to Agent K the sky has no colour and it’s swamp gas from a weather balloon trapped in a thermal pocket and reflected by the light from Venus.

Completely agree with your picks. Credit to Adrian he made quality saves.
I was expecting a little more from Ox but he did try to grab the match by the scruff of the neck in the second half. He served a glorious ball into Taki, but Taki couldn’t sort his feet out in time.
The Boss said post match about how much of a “football brain” Morton has, but that he needs to get in the gym and get a body!

According to Agent COG it’s all hot air from Uranus
FIFY
Adrian made 1 good save, when they had the triple chance. What were the others?
