That match is recreating the mental state I had last January where I stopped watching. Commentators effusive about up and down play, but it was bereft of quality. Game could have been played under the old Iowa girls’ 6v6 basketball rules where each team had 3 in each end and players could not cross half. No build up play to speak of from either side.
Fucking shit, Robertson was given a yellow card already by the Ref but yet VAR decided there was a clear and obvious error and ask the REF to review it. But fucking Kane was also given a yellow card and yet his tackle not any less aggressive or violent, there was no clear and obvious error? Fucking just because he is the fucking England captain? Tsimi gets a yellow - and he never even took long to take the throw (and a few seconds before, the Spurs player throws the ball away to waste some time!)
Spurs playing games with Covid set the shithouse tone, willingly picked up by Tierney, who denied an absolute clear red card for Kane, a stonewall penalty for Jota, before sending Robertson for a challenge not nearly as bad as the Kane one.
