Just saw the Wolves winner on instagram. So there is 1 minute left and we get…
- An aimless half kick by Alisson straight down the middle of the pitch
- A Wolves player heads the ball uncontested in our half
- Andre then receives the ball from the header uncontested
- Andre then runs forward while Ngumoha and Mac Allister casually jog back
- Wolves player shapes to shoot and Mac Allister finally sprints towards ball, way too late
- The defence, that apparently never plays a low block, are still inside our own penalty area and don’t push out
- van Dijk and Gomez are so close to each other they practically morph into one person
- Andre hits a crappy shot directly at Gomez who should just block it but instead he turns he back, sticks out a leg and it deflects into the goal.
Just wanted to make sure we were tracking the comedy of errors/shitness that led to the goal there

Sick of Vvd coming out week after week saying weve been slow and sloppy.
Its been that way for 30 league games. I said weeks ago, get slot out and save our season while we had the time.
This season is like rafas last season whereas you knew we were never getting CL due to the inconsistency.
Weve also spent £400m and have a smaller slower squad.

It really is a strong contender for the worst performance of the season, which says a lot.
With the possible exception of Jones, there isn’t a single player who was up to scratch.

I don’t think we have reached Hodgson’s level of football…yet, but if tactics are not changed, we will be there soon.
I think Arne should play the youngsters more and give them a chance, like Rio. They have more energy and play with no fear.
Also, we have two influential, aging world class players in Mo and Virgil. We need to put less pressure on them and trust the youngsters. Arne is reluctant to do this.

Heres a few immediate cultural changes that could be imposed. They won’t necessarily make a difference to form, but they will make our players a bit more humble…
All the videos from training, coffee docks, the high fives and the “banter”…needs cutting. Its arrogant and smacks of rich kids having fun. Its great to see Chiesa put one in top bins in a five a side, but tragic when he trundles around like a baby elephant on the subs appearances.
All the videos of chilling at Mo’s house, all the fashion parades, all the lets look like rappers with shite hairstyles and clothes needs binning. Once again, its entitled arrogance. It does look like White Suits Mk2. I don’t care what you do or wear, what tattoos you have, whether you look like a prick in cornrows when you’re competing. But when you’re playing like shite, show some humility.
Players who currently looked half arsed posing in next seasons shirts with serious faces can fuck off as well. John Barnes and Ian Rush wore those shirts, at the moment you fucking don’t deserve to..
