Post match: Wolves v Liverpool (EPL 4/12/21 3.00pm)

It is generally clubs with nothing to cheer about. Poor miserable bastards.

I actually noticed that he was being applauded by Wolves fans when he went off. The camera panned round the crowd.

We didn’t exactly give Suarez a hero’s welcome. Just the way it is now.

The way Suarez engineered his move with the “Bite” always left a sour taste for me in his time hear.

Probably for him as well

They used to drink Ribena but then it went perennially out of stock for them after Millie popularized it. Hence the boos.

Hmm I think you’re right. Nothing much beats a Ribena after a night on the Brown. No wonder they have a bit of a grump on

He is not even a scouser St. Helens

For me the booing is simply there to cause disruption and distraction to that player’s performance on the night. That’s it. It clearly worked on Jota. When he was subbed off the majority of wolves fans clapped him off.

Part of the 12th man doing their bit. We’ve employed it before too.

It’ll be water off the ducks back for Jota.

And his desire to join the mighty Arsenal

Origi has scored more Premier league goals this season than Harry Kane and has only played 38 minutes.:laughing::laughing::laughing:

Thanks for the information.

Well, it seemed to affect Jota. Look at the way he wanted to score and missed. Putting it calmly and nicely in a corner out of reach of the two on the line would have been the proper way, instead, it looked to me purely out of frustration that he wanted to shoot the ball true the net.

To me, it looked that the crowd got to him.

That new angle of DJ’s miss really makes clear how good a block it was.

Oh yeah I don’t dispute that it affected him. It happens. For me it’s done and next week he’ll be back to what we are used to.

Heard from him last night. He’s going okay, just has some stuff going on

Coady definitely played out of his shoes last night. Or was he just playing possum trying to slow the pace of the game?

Shout out to Joel “Maradona” Matip. Thought he was excellent with his distribution and bringing the game to them. His dribbling and close control would make any playmaker jealous. Wrap him up now until next week.

Maybe we can flog him to Pep for twice what they were going to pay for Kane?

Thiago on his knees and both arms up celebrating in the centre circle. Fab and VvD sprinting to Big Div, Mo and TAA. Joel has a slow stroll.

(Edit: It was actually Fab, not Joel sprinting. Joel was taking a slow walk in the park.)

Typically, Joel seems to be doing his own little breakdance moves.
