Should be out of sight really, but we’ve given them a sniff. Early goal next half would likely kill them off. Four of their players walking a tightrope as well, another red card in this fixture wouldn’t be a surprise at all.

I guess Everton decided if you’re not cheating, you’re not trying! That attituded has brought them back into this game 2-1 at the half. I still feel they are crossing the line from ‘stuck in’ to borderline dirty plays but that physicality has made them a threat. Let’s just get out of this derby without injuries please, I still feel our lads have more quality but this looks to be a close one rather than the easy win I thought it was going to be after we were up by 2 goals just 20 minutes in.

Don’t expect anything else but it is undeniably irritating that despite spending $700m in recent years the best Everton can do is an imitation of the “Dogs of War”.
Every fifteen seconds there is a foul or a dive by their lads. Then the ball goes out of play and the crowd hold onto it, then it takes 30 seconds to get a new ball. Then they throw the old ball back on. Then they surround the referee. Then they put in a very late tackle. Surround the referee. Crowd boos every decision. Crowd throws stuff at our players. Surround the referee.
It’s tedious. Small club.

Dont usually post about the opposition at half time but these fckers force you to. Two yellow cards for diving, tackles that seem intentionally hard that can result in injuries. I can understand why we become cautious going for the same ball, it’s fcking crazy how bad you could get injured when the player going for the ball with you don’t mind whatever happens. Fcking idiotic this game.
And Richarlison is grade A asshole. How can anyone not fcking punch on his face while playing I cannot understand. Worst of the lot.

That Jota flare up was just what Everton wanted. They got back into the game after that, as we played their game for about 5 minutes.
We’re a goal up, so a bit of composure in the second can see us through this.
