Pre and In Match | Everton vs Liverpool | PL Match Day 6 | Saturday 12:30 | Goodison

True. Milner doesn’t belong on a football pitch in a playing capacity at this stage of his career.

Even more derivative. Definitely plagiarised!

What’s wrong with you? Most artists thrive and produce their best work following sadness?

This is the match J W Henry should watch!

Honestly we have not found a way to play with the new players in the side, we definitely looked a lot more dangerous when Firmino came on…while we need to be patient with the new players coming into the side, we do not have all the time. We can only trust Klopp and team to get it right sooner rather than later.

We need to change his song; he’s taken it too seriously.

we so so miss mane’s individual brilliance… robbo looks so lonely out there

Those folks need to go to spec savers then in the kindest way.

Yep our game plan seems to be wait for Diaz to score a worldie.

Fair result tbh. It could have been 3-3. At least they came at us rather than parking the bus.

I was surprised to see Elliott and Carvalho both starting. It was brave by Klopp, but I think that’s three years from now. We were much better when Firmino came on. I really think we need to keep Bobby. He’s such a unique player.

We need to figure out how to get Salah and Nunez more involved. I think Darwin is going to be a beast once we’re clicking.

It’s a long long season. Too early to panic. IIRC something like eight or nine of the last 11 of these fixtures has ended in a draw so not a bad result.

I don’t think I can ever draw another masterpiece until I see the next flying pig

they wont care… if hendo was not injured, we would be rolling with what we have… klopp was literally begging via the media, which is so out of character for him

I know he takes care of himself really well but look at Manure’s Ronaldo, once a top player but father age catches up with everyone!

Like I said, that’s not desire. That’s his reaction being off. He reacted to it, half a second after he should have.

You want to see desire because your bias is towards that. I see us being off because that’s what my perception is leading me to think, especially given all the other shortcomings in our game.

He is theoretically fresh according to you, but they had what, a month and a half break after a 60+ game long season?

Winning titles on the cheap does not work at this level. We won our title on the back of signing a world class GK and CB and paying top dollar for both. Basically we’ve been treading water in regards to quality recruitment since then, the odd player like Diaz not withstanding. Now we’re seeing the results of our complacency in the transfer market.

Even Klopp can only work with what he’s got; an aging and injury prone squad.

Now get those crayons out.

My MoTM is VAR.

I don’t think it’s a matter of planning, but just bad luck. You can make the best plans in the world, but a little bit going wrong can just throw you off.

I think we felt before pre-season that we could complete the tactical transition and be fresh in time for this season, but given all the injury disruptions it was going to be quite hard.

I think Klopp also had a part to play as well. He ain’t entirely blameless for this fiasco!

We can pick on what individual players did or did not do or the mistakes they make but collectively, we are shite. Nobody is none the wiser. We are shite as a team out there. Period.
