All in all a great half on balance. Sloppy at the back today but alisson been on form and the goals we’ve scored should be more than enough. Keep up the good work.

Nice game to watch so far, stress levels at zero despite the missed chances. Another half like that would be nice. Though I can see us taking it easy.
Fucking great 
The way we play is so gung ho. When we were 1-0 up, we were pushing like we were 2-0 down. Great to watch but also stressful. When they were breaking, we only had 4 back quite often and we don’t get back quickly either in numbers. Great when we take our chances like today though but someone like Chelsea would just shut out the game at 1-0 up.

TAA messes up the throw-in by placing it perfectly for the Southampton forward, followed by hesitation from Konate.
But then the experience takes over.
VVD positions himself to block any pass, and forces the Saints man to head himself on goal, where Ali takes over and smothers it. Textbook art of defending and keeping there.
