It was a crap ball by Trent but it happened about 25 seconds before the goal.
If Fabinho watches the run instead of charging out he stops that goal easily.

the whole team just looks lethargic and labored, bar a few lads like Elliott and Diaz.
8 of these players were here 5 years ago.

On Saturday they were 2-0 down when we were 5-0 up.
Our pattern of play is very predictable. 14 passes across the back between Robbo,vvd and Gomez, out to Robbo or Trent for a long diagonal to Mo or Diaz.
Exactly what we don’t need. Now let’s them sit deep and hit us on the break. One decent pass and we’re wide open.
How do we simultaneously look so predictable and yet like no one is on the same page?
