Pre and In Match | Liverpool vs Newcastle | PL Match Day 5 | Wednesday August 31st 20:00 | Anfield

I watched the 1st 20 mins of the City game and they take for less touches in midfield quick and sharp so the opposition are pulled out of or don’t get into shape on the occasions we do it we look good

I dont think we have to worry sbout them anymore

Whether people like it or not, Hendo is finished…Has to take Milner’s spot on the bench from now on.

Or he’s not a left centre midfielder (never has been) and he’s 32 so should be rotated.

If Virgil busts a gut to back in too would have helped.

I should have clarified that I was talking about the whole season so far, bar the Charity Shield match.

VVD, Trent, Robertson, hendo, Fab, even Mo all just look slower and less interested than last season. It’s a bastard.

Retrospective action needs to be taken against this feigning injury shit

Newcastle won’t be getting a christmas card from JK this year

With the new midfielder?

No fucking chance of that happening.

my provider playing up for me, getting to see about 30 seconds at a time…

but at least it appears it wants to see the game play more than Newcastle

didnt see the goal, or even a replay…attack looks like they wont get a goal…

frustrating on so many levels…

Ref has been dog shit but Klopp needs to calm down and get us sorted

Really don’t understand why our game plan appears to be crossing it against their fucking giants. Our standard default when we can’t break a team down.

Klopp should fine anyone who crosses it aimlessly.

That should be a straight booking what Pope does

To be fair to Klopp, Nunez was brought in to help offer something different against organized low blocks like this.

Diaz is the only 1 that can run.

Gonna be a long season.

The only way we are scoring here is if we come out second half and start playing fast attacking football again… This slow build up is killing us

Good to see Elliott trying take the game by the scruff of the neck

What winds me up is when we do attack we cant seem to put the ball in front of our player often enough and it slows down the attack.
