Pre- and In-Match Thread - Everton vs Liverpool - 24th April, 20:00

That midfield is very lightweight for a derby. We already lack in controlling games and this midfield just does not offer us any control in the middle of the park. Same as Atlanta away and it was a horror show there in terms of midfield. Curtis should not be a starter for me. :frowning:

Can he come on at half time…if wifey has given birth…:blush::blush::blush:

Nerves all in tatters here. Reds need to score first and often.

I know we have been pushing the youngsters into the first team this season, but I think that’s pushing it.

Will watch it on my iPad at my desk here in my office, while working on other things, obviously, lol. I think it’s on Peacock in these parts, need to check. Can’t stand their coverage but you get what you get and you don’t throw a fit.

We need to get into them. Not as dirty cloggers, but we need to show our commitment. They will snap into tackles to reduce the gap in quality, and if we don’t fancy it, we may come a cropper.

It’s vital to win and keep in touch at the top. I think Arsenal are going to drop points somewhere, maybe Spurs, maybe Man Utd. If so, we need to keep winning to be able to leapfrog Man City the second they draw, if they do.

Up the reds!

I’m trying to think of a pun for the possible new manager, and Jota’s injury.

I’ve got Jota, Slotta, Whatta, and Lotta. There must be a tabloid headline in there somewhere…

Sound off now, I don’t want to listen to their vile fans.

Vile fans or not, surely the commentators are enough reason for the sound to be off…

That as well

Here goes, hopefully I’m not bored to tears.

Sounds as if were in the 1960’s…fgs get uptodate

I can’t believe we aren’t a goal behind already.
