He’s not use to playing there and doesn’t have the quality around him. Wolves are marking the midfield tightly and causing mayhem. The number of times we have lost the ball is an embarrassment

They’re asking Gomez to play the Trent role which to the surprise of nobody he’s clearly not comfortable with or capable of doing. Ridiculous really if this is what they’ve planned in the absence of Trent this season.

And there have been plenty of games with Trent, Konate and Vvd where we should have been 3-0 down.
We tried to sign a 3rd choice CB (van der Ven) in the summer. Doubt he would have changed anything here.
