Course we can, win our game in hand we’re 4-5 points off 3rd/4th.
Yes it’s going to be difficult and even moreso now with 2 of our key attackers being out until March.

I think we absolutely can compete for it, but (and here is the pessimism) I doubt we will achieve it in the end. But we are, I think, stil in the competition and if we luck out and find form, I think we can do it. But we really need to find that form and consistency soon…
I just hope, that if we don’t achieve it, and reach Europa League, people won’t be all like “that cup is piss and don’t matter”. It will still be a European trophy and it will matter. At least to me, and I am pretty sure, also to our players. When you can’t win the best, you try to win the rest. Tropies matters. Just ask…Tottenham supporters 
We’re a little light in midfield and short a couple of injured players.That’s the difference in our squad to theirs.We swap out Carvalho,Bajcetic and Thiago for Fab,Ox and Kieta when they bring in Silva, Foden and Grealish for Halland ,Palmer and Gundogan.5 out of those 6 city players are first team players at most PL clubs.We can only say that about 2 of our 6 listed above.

It is a shame that we was on a level with man shity a couple of years ago, we was holding our own a little tonight, but they have now moved streets ahead of us due to their investment and our non investment within the squad, we have lost mane, replaced with nunez who i believe will be a world beater once he is upto pace, but bringing on the ox and keita, who are running out their contracts and really offer nothing to this team now, fabiniho looks like his legs have gone and cant sprint at all which is als a worry, we need a big spend to give Klopp the tools to compete because he is performing miracles
