With Gravenburch’s performance yesterday, I think our midfield options gives us the freedom to be balanced or go all gung-ho.
Need to get away from a suffocating midfield press and create counter-attacking transitions ? We have Thiago & Gravenburch to shift the ball, shield them and makes those through-passes.
Need to dominate the midfield? Szoboslai and Macca comes to mind with Elliott and Jones backing them up.
Time to switch off the PlayStation.

Darwin’s control of Ibou’ s long pass, sharp turn and cut inside to beat two players, and the pass to Elliott was key to setting up Ryan to then assist Luis. Just brilliant all around

Maybe we should compare two pictures of both candidates side by side, after they both ran about in a game for 90mins - I’m sure we will find who the real winner is then
