If Jota doesn’t have any issues which he had before the Bologna game, I don’t expect it to be any discussion whether him or Nunez starts.
My comments were prefaced on fitness tbh.
Jota probably needs more minding than the other forwards, given his injury record.
We can make 4 or 5 changes without much drop-off, mainly Gakpo and Jota, but also the likes of Bradley, Tsimikas, Quansah and Jones.
That said I think AS will keep the same starting 11 apart from Nunez.
Expecting a disjointed, nervy performance with all 3 results as likely as each-other.
Wednesday night - Saturday 12:30h turnaround?
Waiting for the obligatory ‘… apparently hasn’t travelled with the squad’
I didn’t travel with the squad to SE London…
I’m already here.
Poor SE London…
Two hours to kick-off. Wakey, wakey, lazyheads.
Just under two hours to get the front lawn mowed and strimmed
I used to live in Shirley, which is where @sbym lives now.
Fortunately, they’ve had forty years to recover between my departure and his arrival.
Diaz and Dom dropped for Jones and Gakpo.
No Kelleher on the bench?
I already posted it above, he wasn´t seen, so presumably hasn´t traveled.
Dropped is a too archaic terms in modern football now with 5 subs there is a 100% chance they come on.
Looking at those two sides, no way are we not winning this . 3-0 incoming
I love these 12.30 starts. Get the win in early and enjoy the rest of the weekend. Perfect.
Rotated not dropped!!!
