Three of the midfielders are surplus, with this horizontal and sluggish play, they just get into each others way!
They can’t even lure them into making fouls, and the opposition is well thought, to just stay near!
I already said it, Klopp brought us a lot. But he can fuck off, with his (already) antics!
And far greater skill. Maybe Williams can become really good, hard to say, but he is far from as skilled, nor as experienced as you say.

Even a bunch of Brummie teenagers know how to play against Liverpool now. Sure, luck has been against us the last few games and goalies seem to be giving MOTOM performances, but the root of this seems to be our stuck in the mud mentality.
The Klopp machine has turned us into a force in recent years, but I worry that our creative players are starting to be a little stifled. Where’s the creativity?

That first half was simply not good enough and this is becoming one of the biggest embarrassments we’ve ever had. Strutting around, getting outmuscled, unable to pass.
If Curtis Jones is such an amazing prospect, he’d be dominating that match from the middle of the pitch.
If Minimino can’t handle the physicality of such a young English side, he has no business playing in England.
Rhys Williams, supposedly good enough to call on for a run of games, getting done like that.
For me, this match perfectly demonstrates the hole in our squad - a top quality turn on a sixpence number 10. Such a player gets on the ball, spins, moves it, moves, gets it.
As for the forwards, Salah is getting really fucking irritating.
As good as a CL and PL are to win, one of each in three years, which might well become four years, is not an era.
These guys need to realise that they are nowhere near going down as a multiple trophy winning era side.
Absolutely scandalous that we need to make changes to turn this around.
