I have given up on Taki… Not good enough. But was cheap.
Well if Origi had any desire whatsoever, Taki wouldn’t even be playing today. But alas, here we are.
Get ORIGI on now!
Started brightly, might have had a goal, then Brighton came into it.
Neco naive for the penalty, no need to make that tackle, fortunately he put it wide.
Salah scored, but then VAR overruled. From joy to misery. Nice one VAR.
Whole thing a bit ho-hum. We need to up it to take all three points, and hopefully we have that within us.
Agreed 100%. Odd to single Taki out when everyone’s bedroom poster boys are MIA.
i would take taki and neco off, switch milly to left back bring on hendo and mane
At least to me, these threads feel markedly more negative about the whole match day experience in recent months.
Any tiny setback elicits outrage and doomsday fuming…that’s my take anyways…
But I do get your point…I wholeheartedly wish the game would veer more towards how it should ‘feel’ rather than how it should play out according to lines drawn on the pitch by a computer…
Why? I don’t want to play with 10 men all second half.
I think he gets pushed off the ball to easy…not enough beef to fight back…
It’s all a bit wank at the moment,Hendo and Mane on please.
Yeah. If we don’t change some things for the better, we will likely lose this game and it will be a well deserved Brighton victory.
But…
We can change some structure, maybe afford to put on a sub, maybe it will be a slightly tighter and better Liverpool in the next half.
Mindful of our injuries, I know there are good reasons why our very problematic players play. And I won’t blame Neco etc., as he was never meant to play Premier League games against good opposition.
But who knows, we can maybe change it and we have super strong attackers that do not need many chances compared to Brightons more mundane attackers. We can take 3 points still.
agree, but he has been shit to be fair, jus kinda running around like a headless chicken
Have keyboard, will fire.
Completely agree with this. Any VAR decision should pass the eye test. If it doesn’t pass it, then VAR shouldn’t interfere with the ref’s decision.
It’s pre conceived notions and everyone looking to find one instance to generalize that overlooking tons of other things in the game. Matches aren’t meant for enjoying anymore.
We’re playing with about 8 or 9 now.
I thought Jota was terrible most of the half. Had the ball taken from him on 4 occasions like he was a child playing rec ball with his dad.
I think these two changes will be made. Looks like Klopp is managing minutes, but hopefully will bring this pair in with enough time to change it and get the three points.
They have always been depressingly negative. If the game isnt wrapped up within 20 minutes they entire team is subjected to cries of playing shit.
