Think we put another midfielder and we control this much better. Jota needs to be involved more in the game with the form that he is in. Hendo and Mane would have to be brought on by looks of it. Pity because we started so brilliantly but faded away.

Iām sure we can still complain plenty aboutā¦ sadly youāre right microscopically offside is offside. I donāt think that is the intent of the rule (or should be), but it is the rule. We just seem to always be a couple millimeters off every time this year.

We need to do something thatās for sure. Offensively weāre flat right now! Time to suck it up and play like Champions. We canāt afford a draw or a loss with the top tier being so tight on points.

Deal was a no brainer. Iām holding out some slim hope he will still come good, but still value for the money. We can easily sell him for a profit in the summer.

We cannot expect Neco Williams to be the next TAA as TAA is already offensively good at a young age. Williams needs to have more playing time possibly at the place with lesser expectations. Probably a 2 year stint at a mid-table PL team would benefit him better.

I read about 100 articles how signings from the RB system fit perfetcly for us and what a success they will be.
Well, only success is for RB getting 60 mln. pounds for Minamino and Keita. Taki is here for almost a year and I donāt remember a single game where he showed his great class in LFCās shirt. Today he is sloppy in possession, doing nothing defensively, doing nothing offensively and letting Milner and Gini alone and midfield and as I said he delivered zero for the front three too.
Neco loos scared, he has the talent, he is young, but today he makes the wrong choice every time he had to do it. The penalty was a schoolboy error and when he has the bal close to BHAās penalty area, he always chooses the safe pass backwards.
This super offensive formation is not working, having four attacking players /Minamino, Jota, Salah, Firmino/ doesnāt mean that you will be attacking the opponent. Vice versa Brighton had the better chances in the first half and we are lucky not to be on the losing side.
First 5 minutes were really good for us, but from that moment we just stopped and the home side has the initiative. I donāt know if Jordan is ready to play 45 minutes, but at least Klopp must play Jones isntead of Minamino /I really donāt kknow how the Japanese has been exceptional in training. Maybe exceptionally bad?/.

The match threads are usually quite extreme, but thatās par for the course, as it is the unfiltered reaction to what is unfolding in front of our eyes. Post match threads get a little more balanced.
Anyway, iffy display, but the points are there to be won.
The obvious changes, Hendo and Mane, might well be done, but the players who are playing now - lesser players than this pair, obviously - are important in helping to manage minutes and hopefully stop even more people going down injured.
Itās frustrating but hopefully after 90 mins we will have the three points and maybe a couple of moments of quality to celebrate.
Tough season, and right now we are in the trenches,
