Players make mistakes. You can criticise the mistake without calling someone a prick.
Much like I’m able to criticise your mistake in posting that rubbish without saying you’re a prick even if that’s what I think.
The entitled part comes from the expectation that every player will perform exceptionally well every game. Even those young players who have only been five minutes and are settling into a team that isn’t playing well. And if they haven’t played as you want you feel entitled to call them a prick.
Maybe just learn to regulate your emotions like an adult.
