That offside isn’t even an issue. Am actually okay if they don’t give those drawing those stupid lines and give onside because someone’s arse was behind. But it’s a red nonetheless. We should just go kick some of their players in their dressing room at HT now. That’s legal I suppose?

The shot they showed in line with play on NBC was conclusively offside. I don’t know why the shot with the line from a slight angle looked like the line told a different story.
The referee’s assistant was correct.

Mate if my understanding is right it’s up to the ref to determine its dangerous play and deserves a red or not. Oliver didn’t and hence offside was checked. Think Oliver thought it was a pen and a yellow but not a red. Hence offside superceded the foul which happened first…
Peter Walton said it should have been a red.
Not sure why anyone thought offside would change the interpretation of violent play.
I am amazed he was not sent off, after complimenting Oliver at the start of the match this is huge stuff up.

Pickford had no intention to play the ball. Clearly had only VVD in sight.
Once again VAR has been horrendous in decision making.
I think we are creating enough troubles for them.
