Genuinely feel like Wirtz and Kerkez need a bit of time out the firing line and going back to what we know.

Last season I’d been confident that we would turn this around in the second half. Slot seemed to know what tweaks to make and it usually worked wonders. It hasn’t panned out that way this season yet.
We’re not winning anything with this cunt of a ref either.
I understand people are frustrated at the performance, but it’s very hard to get going when the opposition is acting like this and the official is just buying every single one.
Don’t forget we are losing to an absolute fucking joke of a penalty decision.

This is one of the more blatantly one sided referreering performances that I’ve seen outside of the Premiere League. This ref must be working on his PGMOL badges.

We are not currently in good form and the team has not gelled properly yet, so we lack cohesion. We have played a couple of good games, but those have been moments of “high”. But the truth is that most of our games so far have been won by invidivual performances, not due to good form and cohesion.
But we’ll advance from the Champions League, I am totally confident of that. Regarding the form and the shape, it’s not yet at all critical given were we are on the table. I am not super stressed about it, just annoyed.
And yes, we are playing here a truly cynical team. And yes, the referee seems to be much too gentle and naive regarding their acting.

Ekitike started off well and seemed what we were missing over the weekend. He does look in form but some decision making have been off. That’s been the theme as soon as we get the ball forward.
We are playing along ourselves especially at the back and not able to transition at all. Dom has been flawless till now before this game but has struggled with the pace and have got beaten few times.
It’s going to take time for this team to gel. Need to dig in and get the wins on the board like the initial games. All that matters now.
