Mane looks a little too fired up right now. I wouldnt be too worried if he went off for Bobby and Jota went out left just to avoid seeing Mane pick up a 2nd yellow

We’ve outplayed the Arse.
Just need to keep our heads, and can pick thier pocket in the second half. Would like Henderson to come on early in the second if he is fit enough.

Imo, this half has been okay. We haven’t allowed Arsenal as many dangerous counters as I feared, and we do create a few chances. Not enough, the goal was not a finish that would normally be a goal, but in this game it’s enough so far. But the difference in quality between ourselves and Chelsea is still unfortunately quite visible. They don’t play our free flowing game, they are more solid and “boring”, but our free flowing game isn’t …there…as it can be. So we can certainly do better.
But if we win what is a difficult game, it’s 3 points and another week to find better form

So far the biggest threats have been when they’ve been able to pass through or over our press. Jota presses as part of the system but it feels like he’s a bit too passive and also isn’t angling his runs quite right. More than anyone Saka is their danger guy. He has a lot of Mane-like qualities
Maybe it’s the post NT hangover, we looked incoherent and lethargic.
Don’t even think about looking that up.
Been far better team just not been very clinical.

We definitely created more chances than Arsenal did, but still a very tight game, they are going down the route of trying to get Mane booked and sent off…I think we need to just decimate them in the 2nd half…lest Arteta think he is really the new Arsene Wenger.
Some credit to Arteta as well who got our crowd going

It’s an Arsenal thing to get their managers be told to fck off… Remeber Dalglish telling Arsene to do so as well
