Who knows anymore.
The guy had both arms in right angles sticking upwards and made himslef much bigger.
No idea what the actual rule is. They make it up on the spot.

For me too close but earlier in the season that would have been handball and I feel you cant change rules during the season otherwise how does it even itself out
