Agree, it’s not a handball imo, but I have seen them strangely given this and last season. But imo, those handballs should never be penalised, it is kind of disgusting when the ref blows a penalty for it as the defender stands no chance to avoid it, but I do remember several situations this and last season where they were strangely given. It is one of my pet peeves about Premier League refereeing, those handballs should never be penalised.However, today I would have very much appreciated if it was given as that would be more consistent.
