Pre match | Liverpool vs. Fulham | PL matchday 27 | Sunday March 7th 14:00h | Anfield

I’d go on the bike ride, if I were you.

I said pre-match that I was not confident that Fab would make this. He was rushed back ahead of schedule for Chelsea, apparently, and it didn’t help that Nat had a knock and couldn’t play.

If Davies is injured, then I really don’t see how anyone can look at this season and moan that it’s ‘excuses’ to talk about injuries.

Presuming Ben is crocked, we have seven CBs out injured today. Seven for fucks sake.

interesting line up. Should make for an entertaining game.

Truth be told, putting it all on the CL is very risky…There are still a lot of good teams that can tear our CBs apart…knowing our shit ass luck, we will end up meeting Man city before getting to the Final…

But who will look after the post match, and add all the goals to the opening post?

Who am I kidding…

I think we have more chance of CL than top 4.
4th is gone in my eyes. This team just aren’t capable of going on a winning run as it currently stands.

Fresh legs. After Thursday night’s lethargy I think that is called for. I’m curious as to how the substitutions pan out. I’d expect to see them on the 60 minute mark.

what happened to Davies now ? Has there been any explanation ?

If he’s injured feel awful for him, as this was probably his only chance this season to start a game for us :frowning: , as otherwise he is behind Hendo/Fab/Kabak/Nat to get any game time.

Don’t get ahead of yourself. We have to make sure we don’t fuck up against Red Bull first.

Every chance and I agree it is a risky situation. Perhaps there’s a financial angle as well? The further you go etc.

Still, lets get this done and hope these lads can prove the doubters wrong.

agree, that also seems to be the only plausible explanation to bench Fab, otherwise, he still remains Boss’s go to defender when he has been available.

There should be a fucking inquest on our training, recovery and match regime. It is so bad that it is unbelievable…

Yeah…that is a big if…If we fuck up against red bull, the season will have nothing to play for anymore…

Doubt that money is able to cover even 5% of the covid losses…

Shots fired by the manager? Good on him. Sick of excuses being made for these players. We lost 5 games in a row at home, if you can’t get yourself energised to smash teams at home you can fuck off.

Let’s not forget half this team should be playing for their futures next season, we cannot perform like this again next year and thats down to the players. They either want to fight, or get sold.

Not a great lineup. No excuses not to win though.

Of course not but every bit helps. Falling out of the CL next season will be a massive financial blow at the worst possible time.

Yeah…it looks very grim right now…It all seems like a big mistake now to fuck off Lovren without getting a proper replacement quickly given how Gomez and matip is now making sturridge’s injury record look like peanuts…

Best thing about this team? We want number 7. And you know what? Was can do it. What’s more Liverpool than burning our champions’ defence season and winning the CL? Clutching victory from the jaws of what a fucking awful season.

Truth be told, 8 of the 11 are first teamers.

But of course, N and R Williams plus Nat make up most of the backline, so it is a real weakness for a Prem game. If it all starts to fall apart, then will have to make early use of the bench (such as Fab coming on).

But on the positive side, Fulham will be clueless of our tactics, and the first 10 minutes we need to swarm them before they get accustomed.
