Phillips has done nothing wrong and whereas Kabak hasn’t really lived up to the hype some would have you believe he certainly isn’t awful.

By the way I’m not 100% sure of Gini being captain.
He seems to be off at the end of the season and I think it sends a fucking shit message to the players in the squad who feel they should be captain.

It might not be as simple as centre backs play centre back and midfielders play midfield.
Nat Phillips is an honest, hardworking, but limited defender. We know what we’re getting from him, and we know what we’re not getting.
Kabak hasn’t been trusted to allow Fab to step back up the pitch, but he has had six weeks at the club, and it might be that Klopp now feels he can trust him lead the line a bit more.
I’d prefer both our CBs to Upmeacano
