Overall we’ve been better. They’ve had a couple of good chances. We’ve had more chances and clearer chances. Should really be out of sight. Still, just need to not lose and not pick up an injury and we’re sound

someone has really put the hex on us in front of goal.
I mean, when I see Jota missing that as well, I am more and more inclined to believe that the psychological factor (team confidence, team fluidity) that is the main issue with us more than lack of skill.

Pretty even. Leipzig had 2 very good chances, we had 3 (I think). It’s a good game to watch. We are at least showing up and giving it all. It is the only thing we can truly demand as fans.

No, I agree. Two good teams playing. We are playing much better this game, so far, than “normal” lately. Leipzig is also quite good though. Very even match.
As for defense, ours have been good. Leipzig actually more shaky at the back than us. But they do offer offensive threat.

Good first half IMO, only thing we are missing is a goal . RB had their chances as well but we should be at least one up. Having said that I feel we look sharper up front tonight and if we can just get that first goal maybe the confidence will come flooding back and we can start winning games again.I had forgotten how good Fab is in MF. If only Mo and Sadio could get going again.

So far so good. 2-0 up on aggregate, half the second leg played.
We are playing quite well, but the finishing is sloppy, and we have had plenty of chances for a goal or two. They will have to push on more as the second half unfolds, so hopefully we will get the breakthrough. If they score first we will rue some missed chances as we may endure a squeaky bum time.
Good European tie, decent game this.
