Well, I see your point but to be fair, Boss doesn’t have too many options either. Millie is knackered and Shaqs work rate is a bit questionable and I think Jurgen’s main reasoning here was work rate while selecting Jones.
And clearly, there was no chance of Davies/Kabak starting this as boss likes to keep stability. However, I do agree media vultures will be out at full swing today, if defence doesn’t work tonight.
