Really hope Ali is fit. He does have far too many injuries for someone in his position, and we do need to consider what level back up keeper we need in future in light of that.
Canāt say Iām not concerned that going further in the competition might hinder is in terms of finishing top four, but of course in our blood we want to win things so Iām hoping we find a way to get through tonight.

Iāve no great expectations for tonight. Just hope that we turn in a decent performance. Infact the prospect of playing such a big game in front of an empty Anfield, no bus welcome, no pyro, is a bit depressing. Usually I would be counting down the hours to a game like this.
If weāre going down then we go down fighting. I want to see that tonight. Just a glimpse of the team we know we can be and Iām sure will be again when there are 54,000 in the ground.
