I honestly think I’d fancy myself to do better in a foot race against Rashford than Rhys. Then again if we win tonight I’ll change my photo to a picture of him
Both him and Rhys have no pace . But atleast Nat is good in the air and stronger in the tackle. I get Nat will be released at the end of the season while Rhys is ‘one for the future’ but I don’t see much point of pushing this Rhys project over Nat as we can all see he isn’t quite good enough.
As I said before the Burnley game there isn’t a single result that will surprise or even shock me but glad Juergen has gone strong. No excuses for not at least seeing a decent performance even if we lose…
Come on let’s have some believe. None of this putting down of our lads before they have even kicked a ball.
For example Rhys is a good lad who can kick a ball with experience he will have angels like Rashford in his pocket.
I’ll try to keep my emotions in check. I do root for him as a English lad and I’d love to see him do well but I’m not optimistic. Could be one of those games that run a lads confidence. But then again he coped against Spurs well bar one missed header
I hate United, Everton, Chelsea, Man City, Real and Barca in equal measures… in the days / hours leading up to a game against them it’s always that team I hate the most.
