The writer of that is Stuart Brennan, he is so far up the owners ass at City which has festered into this obsession with us it’s unhealthy.

If anyone offered us before the season that the title would be in our hands before the game against City, we would all take it. Some of us might have been even willing to give a toe three months ago to be in that position.
It is a massive game, no doubt about that. Maybe not exactly a title decider, but definitely as close as it can get with seven games still to be played afterwards. And I believe we can win this game.
Hard to look past this lineup. As good as both Naby and Diaz played on Tuesday, I think Klopp will opt for the experienced options. Bobby might be crucial for holding and linkup play, acting as an another body in midfield.

For me the big thing is City’s mentality. It is entirely possible I am making it up, but City do not look like a side handling the pressure well. I was impressed with the calmness and positivity of KdB interview after the Atletico game, but the rest of the group are giving off manic vibes. Beating us does not end the race, but it does give them breathing room that may calm them and recenter them. It feels to me like if we can get a result out of this game, even if only a draw, it makes them more likely to drop additional points down the stretch. If we beat them we can afford 1 draw in the rest of our games and still be level on points at the end. But I feel if we beat them this weekend we’ll actually be able to get away with dropping even more points than that.

Honestly, I can’t fucking function anymore. All of my thoughts are consumed with us winning everything. I want it, bad.
I don’t just want us to beat these fucks on Sunday, I want them out of commission. Sweep the leg. Give them a battering so bad it’ll embarrass the fuck out of the bald fraud and the rest of their shithouse players, making them lose to Atletico and then again to us in the FA cup.

Cheaters as per usual will go all out to score a very early goal… as they do against most opposition sides, but especially against the bus parking experts within the league. Avoid this happening and we can stick to a game plan until we begin to get a good grip on controlling the game.
Got a feeling bringing reinforcements off the bench in the second-half may prove to be key, more importantly, bringing the right personalities onto the pitch to win us the game. With this in mind, I think Keita and Jota start, with Jordan and Bobby coming off the bench in the later stages, along with Diaz for Mane or Mo…
