A huge gamble, selecting what’s his name, yeh Keita, over Thiago. I hope it doesn’t backfire.

In all seriousness now, I want to know if @cynicaloldgit has done a Boris Johnson and already written 2 post match articles with his finger poised over the post match thread?

There may even be three in preparation.

This is serious stuff people.

It’s my birthday today. I trust all concerned will be doing the right thing and making it a very special evening. I’ve had to turn down my annual birthday ā€˜treat’ for this.

Is it because four articles have already been written? And your industry is being underestimated?

Jota is gonna treat you, don’t worry about that!

Perhaps not in the same way though…

It’s Alisson who is confusing me. The big masculine Tom Selleck bastard. I feel like one of those cuttlefish that spontaneously change sex if there is too much testosterone about or something.

Or perhaps Boris has done a Cyincialoldgit?

now which came first - chicken and egg here I feel.

I have a ritual whenever I am nervous before or in the halftime of huge CL games listening to some of my favorite movie soundtracks.

At the moments it’s this

You should be. He looks like a partially peeled banana with Down syndrome.

No offense to bananas. Or people with Down syndrome.

Many happy returns.

But the imagination runs wild now, especially as you have the hots for Alisson’s tache.

Perhaps when lockdown lifts you can get back to gigging

Very surprised that there’s no Thiago but Keita was brilliant away against Barcelona two years ago so hopefully he’ll bring the same magic and avoid getting assaulted again. But it’s Real Madrid so chances aren’t great…

Hope we stuff them.

He started well, but soon had to go off, picked up an injury.

But yeah, it’s not like Naby didn’t perform for us. This also speaks volumes about the faith of the coaching staff in him. Not every player can earn that sort of trust.

When he’s fit and training well, he must be always high in Klopp’s mind to play him, compared to any #8 in last years.

He got taken out by two Barcelona players from what I remember. Fucked his back up.

Many happy returns
