Milner looks more suited to the hybrid left back position than Tsimi.
Because he can use his right foot, that’s why Robbo and Kostas aren’t suited to it.

Can I say thank you all fellow posters for keeping us entertained, sharing the pain, enjoying the odd touch of brilliance but most of all keeping the faith and staying fans to the greatest team in the world. looking forward to a fresh start and our challenge for the prem next season…good luck all….enjoy the summer!

Very poor game, even though quite entertaining to be fair. Better that than a boring 0-0.
Anyway, it was a dead rubber and the point counts for nothing.

Finished the season with an underwhelming draw just like we started it. Took going 2 goals down to start trying.

Well if that had been any other team against Southampton it would have been the funniest thing of the season.
I’m a bit worried for next season as I haven’t seen any progression during this one. Klopp has been our weakest link unfortuneately.
A fitting end to an up and mostly down season. Bottom table team added to our away day troubles. Two goals up, but then contriving to let a club who struggles to score not just back in the game, but score the next four goals.
Then the fight to get it back level, and then the oh so nearly shots we had in the last 15 minutes.
On to the summer, and get in a midfield.
Welp, so it turns out Liverpool will play a Championship team for the start of the pre-season tour in Singapore.
does that sum up our season in a nutshell? Southampton can score 4 goals in a game, that they couldn’t do all season
Anyway, hope the lads get a good rest and come back fired up for next season
