Gini could do a lot more defensively!
Took us 20 minutes to get into the match and still Thiago sends passes to nowhere.
Good to see we can score!

YES! Finally, we get a bit of luck going our way in the PL! Until that late, late goal (which was brilliant by the way), there wasn’t much between the two teams: both had chances, which they both squandered a bit. Possession stats and passing stats were very similar. Fabinho absolutely instrumental to keep the stability in our midfield, alongside Gini and Thiago. Both young CBs very good again.
But then, that move when finally, everything comes off!.. It’s one of the first times this specific front three has worked together to perfection. Jota’s finishing is very good, and it would have needed a very strong hand from Patricio to keep it off.
A perfect situation for our lads now: play at the same level, stay solid at the back and in midfield, and watch space opening up for our forwards. This is the chance to go home with three points, hopefully our lads will take it, fingers crossed!

100% sure Klopp is more happy with what Gini doing than with what Thiago is doing. Not just today. All season. 100%

Our front three finally play at pace and pass to eachother first time… who’d have though that would carry a threat… more please.
Jota, Fabinho and our two CB’s are doing well, the rest are poor, very poor or invisible.
