PreMatch | Bournemouth vs Liverpool | PL Matchday 23 | Saturday January 24th 17:30h

We were ok for 25 mins then shot ourselves in the foot conceding a bad goal and then disappeared for about 30 mins, and then we made subs that turned the game into a mess.

We are a brittle side…one trying to figure out what it’s supposed to be and easily thrown off our stride. That reflects poorly on management

But he picks the players.

It is sad but we need to look at phasing out our older players and need a overhaul, I have loved Virg but he needs rest he looks mentally fatigued and just keeps making errors, need quality reinforcements.

Mo just a shadow of what he was, the opposition doesn’t fear him and we all know about Cody’s limitations.

Finally Slot, just isn’t getting the best out of the players he has and no idea how to get us creating or improving players even when a game is wide open.

Youg Rio, what are our coaches telling him or coaching him what to do as he just imitates Gakpo, cutting inside, when he has the ability to go outside as well.

You never have!

Alonso couldn’t do anything about our current lack in consistency, and about our ever-growing list of injuries.

He is not gonna get #7…We can get by the league stage but the moment it gets to the quarters, that is where the really poor teams starts to drop out…

The pace of European games is far slower and suits our pedestrian paced players.

losing will do that to you unfortunately…

Now we await Joe G’s status. :slightly_frowning_face:

exactly this…

This kind of slow-assed football must be stopped, and that can only be done with sending Slot packing.

Of course the best case scenario is getting Klopp back to save the team like the way Heynckes came back and saved Bayern twice in the last decade.

what a clusterfuck of a fuck!!

The pace of the game had nothing to do with not being able to defend a long throw in. They’re all international level players and they mentally switch off in the last seconds of the game. Inexcusable!

I don’t have too.

Slot can only pick the players he has .
It’s not his fault if the players put half hearted attempts to clear the ball in the end or do dilly dallying on the ball.
The one person who should go is Hughes for me. How is slot expected to bench someone who is not in form…when there is no one else to bring.
How was a league title winning team left with thread bare defence.

If Hughes had the balls to turn a manager position to a coach instead to flex his wings…then he should also be held accountable for this joke of a hand given to Slot. An assumption that Rio will make do for selling Diaz as well. And , the fck up of Guehi.

You can slow play down, but you then have a change of pace to confuse the opposition, but we don’t, Stevie G was brilliant at that.

A trigger needs to be as a ball goes into Wirtz, then the players need to come alive, but we don’t.

two things slot has complained about all season are defending set pieces (conceded most in Pl, were is briggs when you need a scapegoat)
and low blocks, and dude is nowhere, solving either one

bournemouth have won like 2 games in 15

For some reason I cant select and quote.

Slot has had players to rotate but hever does, so those players become disenchanted because even if they have done good with the few minutes they have had, he doesn’t pick them.

Also, his quotes on why a player isn’t considered, further dents their confidence.

looks like he really struggles in the man-management dept
