Only saw last 15 minutes of half but Beglin contradicted himself in 30 seconds Villa have been disappointing going forward but have created some good chances which is it.

Not really a contradiction. They have been poor going forward but have had some good chances from our own doing.

How can Martinez even save the dom shot.
The Fulham keeper would have saved the ake shot.
Keeping a high line against our front line while also allowing Trent plenty of time on the ball without pressure sure is an interesting tactic. T”Villa seemed to drop the line about 20 yards deeper starting around the 30 minute mark which allowed us now to have lots of comfortable possession.
Really great half. Thought Trent was incredible with his passing. Curtis pressing has been very good. Front line all look dangerous. Szobo and MacAllister class. Robbo, Gomez and Matip have all been good as well. Gomez pace has helped on the few times Villa tried to go long to Diaby.

Can’t say I have any experience 
Villas style of play is a mystery to me. High up, no press. Against us. They said in the studio pre match that Unai is a master tactician. I call bullshit.

Not really. They are setting traps from which to then spring…
But the key to the game has been control. If we can keep the same level or higher, with the expected increased press from Villa, we can spring Nunez, Salah or a late runner from MF…
Swear we could be 9-0 up at half time and people would still be bitching here

Relax I’ve already said it was an incredible half we played if you bothered to look, it was a over exaggerated comment to 1 moment of lapse.
