Thanks for posting. I’ve just watched the press conference in the recovery room. I don’t know why they ask him about contracts but his comments about scheduling at the end were interesting, particularly that the Dutch FA will take teams schedules into account.
My hospital visit went well, by the way. All clear from the cancer screening.

I don’t think it’s a new one, just the one that kept him out previously? If so, I think the comparison to Arthur is better than the one to Thiago, since they were both frozen out by Juventus, left to rot on their own, and we took them late without a proper pre-season. Arne alluded to the latter being the problem with Chiesa and why they were trying to manage him properly (Team news update: Alisson target, Chiesa condition and Kelleher to start - Liverpool FC).
That said, Arthur managed a largely injury-free season with Fiorentina last season so maybe there’s still hope?
