I would go with what we see rather than what he says. He has been speaking like a man under a lot of pressure for a while now. He’s not doing himself any favors with the things he says, mind. Still, the decision about Slot will be based on results, performance level, and whether or not we are seeing enough to give us hope that things are progressing and we will be challenging again under him next season. Oh, and availability of a suitable replacement of course.
